 Allison Joy is a Chicago, IL native with a degree in Early Childhood Education from Northeastern Illinois University and a Graduate of The National PTI (Chicago, IL) as a Certified Personal Trainer. After graduating Allison worked as a teacher by day and server by night, just to make ends meet. Allison never turned down a chance to work a double at the restaurant on the weekends. She would use her breaks to prepare her student's lesson plans, but all that changed on a bitterly cold night in March of ’04. Allison was flipping through a newspaper a customer left behind and stumbled upon an article about the demand for educators in Arizona, and that’s when the idea of Allison Joy Real Estate & RelocationAZ.com  truly started. She packed up her little silver Ford with everything she owned, drove cross country, and began teaching for the  Scottsdale Unified School District. Allison was born to be a teacher, her passion and patients prove that in everything she does. She continued to teach & tutor students in both Phoenix and Scottsdale, AZ until 2008. 

 June of 2008 Allison’s life changed as she welcomed her first child and transitioned to a full-time stay-at-home-mom. In 2009 Allison started to embrace the flexibility of her schedule and used her Personal Training certification to assist others by creating individual workout programs for a healthier lifestyle. In March of 2011, while 8 months pregnant with her second child her family was relocated to Nashville, TN. Allison continued working as a Personal Trainer and Life Coach settling into life in The Music City raising 2 beautiful girls and in 2014 she found out baby #3 was on his way.  

 In 2019 Allison decided she wanted to chase a lifelong dream of becoming a Real Estate agent and relocated her family back to Scottsdale, AZ. In the fall of 2020 Allison was able to add another title to her name passing the real estate exam and becoming a certified agent in the state of AZ. Allison’s success is based almost entirely on positive referrals. She respects the trust her client’s place on her every day and works endlessly to exceed those expectations. Allison believes that her dedication, communication, and determination are important factors when representing her clients. She understands the importance of listening and aims to achieve the best outcome in every transaction. Allison earns the respect of her clients by working tirelessly on their behalf by offering them candid advice throughout the buying or selling process while ensuring a fun, easy and stress-free transaction.
